Update: Payment Delays – Saturday 19th April

We are pleased to confirm that all remaining payments have now been processed by our bankers, so should show in accounts no later than early on Tuesday 22nd April.

We apologise to those impacted by this issue on Thursday 17th April. This technical error within Barclays systems resulted in a number of payments scheduled to credit accounts on Thursday to be delayed. As the payments were already ‘in flight’, we were told not to repeat the payments as this would cause them to be duplicated.

Whilst the cause of the issue was resolved during the day on Thursday, it took time for Barclays to clear the backlog of ‘held’ payments. This work was completed late on Friday 18th April.
